I find Carlyle to be superior
The 2500 mg capsules of Carlyle Bitter Melon Complete actually lower my blood sugar far better than 5000 mg capsules of another brand. I will stick with Carlyle to supplement my blood sugar medication as needed for sure.

Perfect watch
This is the best watch I have ever owned. It has a refined look that will never go out of style. The band is extremely comfortable and very easy to put on and take off yet always secure when on your wrist. this is a fantastic watch at a very modest price.
