Excellent trap.
This trap can be adjusted for the expected weight of the critter you're trying to trap. The one bummer is that if you also have an ant problem, the ants will march up and devour all your bait in one evening.

Phone works well for what we need
The phone works well in a small office situation that has only four incoming POTS lines.

Exceptional trap
