Great read

Great, but not 4 fitness
So if you want a fitness tracker that keeps a steady and accurate heart rate for runs, walks, strength training, HIIT... this isn’t it. Ok in runs, hit or miss in ST and HIIT. I am an apple dude so was disappointed with this capability gap. Will look into Fitbit and others for comparison.
