all I needed to do was hang a bike in a storage unit inside my apartment. This item was exactly what I need to have.
for the price it was great. I needed to find a stud to hang a bike in my storage unit and I am tired of tapping the wall looking for the stud in order to do so. With that method it was always hit or miss. with my stud finder I no longer need to worry about making unnecessary holes in my wall. It took a few passes for me to find the stud but, it was right on the money when it did eventually locate the much needed stud I was looking for. great buy, easy for me to use.
