A small problem but most likely not the fault of the pads
I'm not sure if it's the pads but the D button definitely hits multiple directions at once. In adventures of link when I jump and hit a block he'll zip across the screen and sometimes up elevators it will glitch the game and soft lock link in a wall. Haven't taken apart and looked at yet cause it doesn't happen consistently. Also the controller itself is original from when I bought it as a kid. It got thrown a lot in temper tantrums and I noticed one of the little plastic posts is broken the helps keep the pads in place. It didn't effect it before the new pads but I still think that's likely the real issue here.
