  Seller has been easy to communicate with and has offered to have product returned. I do not in any way feel that the damage was caused by anything other than “internal” pressures on the porcelain piece in the styrofoam box. This is the first piece I have ever had shipped and I have collected over 30 years. I appreciate the seller working with a first time buyer that was heartbroken. I’ve waited 36 years to purchase a Halloween piece.

  I have currently been attempting to contact the buyer through Ebay messages to work with them to resolve this and have received absolutely no responses from them. I believe I have sent 3 messages since they opened the return request and left this feedback.

  Absolutely fabulous Hartmann suitcase (likely made in Lebanon, TN) in close-to-pristine condition. Terrific price and fast shipping; great seller with excellent communication! Side note: interestingly, this Hartmann was purchased in the South and recently used to take goodies bought in Tennessee back to California. And, now, serendipitously, I’m bringing it back to Tennessee—-which clearly seems to be where it wants to live—ha!
