  Item was advertised to arrived within a certain window. Haven’t received my item. Don’t want my item anymore. Contacted seller multiple times. I gotten no response from seller. Told seller to cancel and to give me refund. He only said sorry, item will be shipped out next day after I informed seller I was giving him a bad review. I still haven’t gotten a response back. I don’t think seller cares. I’m getting eBay involved.

  The actual quality of the items was good. It was as described. However the service was very much lacking. Communication was nearly nonexistant. I got the doll as a gift with enough time for it to be delived by the required date. It said the item would ship within 3 days on the shipping information. I wrote to them on the third day asking for it to be shipped as it was for a gift. They printed out the label. It was never shipped until several days after opening a case. Good item, bad service.

  This seller is selling bootleg items! When told the item was fake they insisted the item be returned sealed for a refund! How could l know the item was fake unless I'd opened it?? Also it was shipped and received LATE. So my poor niece didn't get her bday gift until well after her party and then it also turned out to be a fake! HOW EMBARRASSING!They're a scam. Would not recommend this seller! Pics enclosed.

  Ive done my own research and all of my dolls have past the test! Does any have anything better to do than to make speculative opinions..Why would I want to sell a fake item?? Please check before you make false comments.

  I bought this a month and a half ago. it was supposed to be delivered on June 17th it is July 16th it has been a month. The seller never responds and the seller will never deliver your stuff. Horrible horrible seller please don't get tricked I lost a lot of money y'all should never never ever buy from this seller.

  WARNING: BUYER BEWARE! Never received the item to verify legitimacy as only a label was created weeks (he conveniently blamed USPS). His behavior and unwillingness to refund despite eBay’s policies was enough to put 2+2 together assume they were fake. Reading his remarks to other reviews, he feigns ignorance and continues selling counterfeits though well informed through these reports. Knowing the illegitimacy, he won’t update the listing to be transparent. Dishonest, deceitful, and deceptive.
