Broken and backward.
Shaft assembly mounted 180 degrees of - I could have dealt with that. The shaft assembly was damaged when it was assembled to the lever and faceplate, breaking the nylon washer that located the oring on the shaft, causing a large and continual leak - about a gallon per hour. It was worthless. I had to reuse the shaft assembly from the previous valve to make it work, which was difficult as the spring had to be compressed to remove and reassemble. At least I was able to reassemble with the faceplate in proper orientation without spending $15 for the corrective decal. What a POS!
