  Very disappointing experience. Before purchasing this item, I asked the seller to confirm that the pant legs didn’t have any scuffs or cuts near the bottom cuffs. Seller assured me they were in “perfect condition”. Lo and behold the lower legs have multiple cuts/tears/scuffs. To top it all off, I paid $18.96 for Priority Mail (the only shipping option offered) and the seller shipped via Ground Advantage.
