  Seller sent an item that was not working properly and was damaged during shipping because of bad packing. The item was bulging out the side of the box exposing it to being hit directly and broken. I tried 6 times to contact the seller jareid-20 with no response.

  I reached out to the seller with several urgent noted messages to request a reroute to my home address because I forgot to change the address before purchasing the item. But he failed to respond until 2 days later after mailing it out. The package arrived at the other address a day earlier than expected. So that was plus. My advice to the seller is to better manage their account with timely customer engagement.
