Professional hardware, not plug and play, but a great buy!!
This switch came with the old configuration. I did expect it to be reset to default. It had IP addresses loaded in from it's last life. This means it would not work until I cleared out those settings. I could not find my console cable so I was delayed a few days. Once my new cable came in, I was able to reset the switch back to default and issue it an IP address on my network.
It took a while to find the updates for the switch, but I was able to spend a few days updating the firmware.
I bought this switch to expand my IP camera system and put in a few more POE access points. This is a great switch for ~$50 If I did not have a background in IT, this would not have worked for me.

Very good for the money.

Not the best
They sound ok, the look ok. They do not fit very well and do not stay put. The cord connecting can snag on my shirt collar and pull one off my ear.
