Tamron quality, this lens has a terrific focal range yet is compact and not too heavy, the lack of I.S. isn't too great a hardship.

Best money spent on a PC upgrade!
Used Creative audio products in the past and always been impressed . Bought this on a recommendation to put into my PC in place of Soundblaster Audio built into motherboard. AWESOME difference in sound quality. I have 1300 CDs ripped to my hard drive and they get pumped out of the PC through this board into a Bang & Olufsen receive powering a pair of (very) large Bowers & Wilkins speakers, amazing sound difference and well worth the money!
