A wonderful view that will change your culinary experiences...
I have so enjoyed watching and then implementing a lot of the recipes in The French Chef....but the main thing I love about Julia Child is that she encourages and makes mistakes then talks about them while giving wonderful tips that can be applied to a lot of related recipes. This was truly worth the price I paid as this set of dvds has changed my way of cooking and thinking about food forever in a most positive way.

A must read for cooks of any age....
I am a grandmother and a good southern cook but I still learned from this book...I really, really wish I had it years ago when I first started developing my kitchen skills. I think it is a must for any male or female who wants to learn their way around the kitchen. I am going to buy another for my daughter.
