Blue Tango - Leroy Anderson CD
I was looking for the version I loved hearing on the radio as a child called Forgotten Dreams. The version by Russ Conway was not the one I remembered but was delighted to find Leroy Anderson had written and performed it with his Pops Orchestra - the one I remembered. On this CD I also found so many others I remembered listening to on the radio all those years ago without knowing who this talented musician was. One track that made me feel like dancing around was Belle of the Ball, and who could forget Sleigh Ride. Some of the tracks I didn't recognise from the titles but on hearing the tunes I did, and yet others I wasn't familiar with, plus some good arrangements of traditional tunes.

Great concert for Christmas
Brillant Christmas concert!
This is definitely not boring as some concerts may be. Everyone in the audience really enjoyed themselves as did the orchestra
