Indispensable
A necessity if you use long length spools of wire, No more tangled messes of wire to throw out AND if you are feeling lazy they can also make a decent clapton coil by themselves, just set it up and hold the drill trigger in and the tamer will zip along your core claptoning as it goes, above 34AWG and the risk of wire snapping gets greater, but it is handy for those just starting out wire building and sticking to the standard 32AWG clapton.
