Who’s Next remastered cd
Who’s Next has always been one of my “desert island” recordings since first hearing it in the early 70’s. First on vinyl (which I still have) to one of the first cds I we got in the early 80’s which I played the other night which made me realize I had to look for a remastered version. “Wow!” What a difference. This sounds great. Opens up that early cd where engineers didn’t quite know how to remaster recordings that pre-date cd and digital. Pete’s acoustic guitars sound crisp, Roger’s vocals are fantastic, John’s incredible bass line come through like never before, and Keith’s drumming is insane! Extra songs okay but unnecessary.
