Great second hand keyboard
I have used this model of keyboard at work for years and really llike it. In 8 years as a software developer I have never found any strain in my hands while using it. Recently wanted to get a second one for a home office set up. I coudn't find a new one but this second hand one was in great condition!

Great infrared headphones
I like infrared headphones for my desk at work, since I don't like wires when I'm typing. I prefer them to Bluetooth (because you don't have to fuss with pairing and unpairing) and radio ones (which tend to get interference from other people's radio headphones).
