Great product and fits like OEM!!!
Fits great. Stays engaged like it should. Had to trim a little for the knob ever so slight. Great value and hard to find part. If you break a shaft this is the one to get. Follow the youtube videos on how to install and it will go like a breeze!!

A step up from the UV-5R
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Much better than the UV-5R. Receive is cleaner. Speaker is much better as well. Really like that you can monitor both bands with this radio at the same time. The PTT (Push to Talk) has a dual rocker so you can key up the top VFO or the Bottom without having to hit an A/B button. Radio has man of the same features of other Baofeng radios like the flashlight and FM radio. The flashlight is brighter than the UV-5R in my opinion. FM receive works well. The included antenna is also better. My only concern is the belt clip. Time will tell if it holds up but you can obtain a replacement very reasonable. I am using this as an emergency radio and ham radio to use in the field. Programmed MURS and FMRS in it so I can talk to the other radios with family that are not ham operators.

Awesome
Sounds great on the MD-380. Receive audio is clear and transmit audio was reported as good as the built in mic on the radio. Can't beat it for the price!!! Buy one!!!
