The controller worked wirelessly. However, the USB C port was damaged, and you cannot charge battery packs, or connect it to the pc to install the firmware updates. It constantly connects and disconnects. Its not my cables because my other controllers do not have this problem. I was able to use the parts from this controller to fix another controller.

I felt the product is pricey for what it is, plastic body nuts. However, they worked and took care of the issue on my back liftgate where the sensors were getting loose due to the chewed up plastic.
