Good stuff
Works with my Roborock vacuum. Note that it doesn't come with adhesive, so you'll need to get your own double sided tape. The colour is a noticeable dark brown.

Love the bezel
Spinning the bezel is a delight.
02/12/2021 Samsung still has not given Australia the promised ECG measurement.
SpO2 measurement is only manual, no setting for continuous or automatic.
Heart rate can be set tp continuous which gives the heart rate now and as a range per hour on the Samsung Health app. Having continuous heart rate does not seem to drain a lot of battery; the watch still lasts for more than a day. There is an option for heart rate only manually or every 10 minutes when still, but that's like never the case.
It detects walks pretty well, it only notifies you it's detected a workout about 10 minutes into your walk, but the 10 minutes are included in the stats.
The Samsung Health app does give you sleep stage details (REM, light, deep, awake) and they seem to be surprisingly accurate.
My main gripe is lack of app support, I wish I could check my cameras or router using the watch.

Easy to use
My only complaint is that the leads included are pretty short.
Note that this consumes a tiny amount of power, so if you are trying to power this with a power bank, make sure the power bank doesn't shut off automatically with low current or you can make it so that it doesn't (e.g. some Xiaomi power banks you can "Double press for low power charging").
