Lionel Richie - Truly (The Love Songs) CD
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Not something I would have normally bought, as I don't particularly like Lionel Richie all that much.
However, the week previously I had shot a wedding for a couple whose favourite song was 'Truly' indeed their first dance at the wedding was to this song.
I was in the process of making up an animated slide show on CD with some of the shots and was wracking my brains for a background track, when my wife suggested using that piece for the purpose. Needless to say, neither of us had the track on CD nor our neighbours, or any of our friends. A trip around some record stores suggested I pay over a tenner for a CD that includes the track, something I didn't want to do as it would rarely be played. It was then that I though of Ebay, and sure enough, there were a few Cd's going which included the track. I picked one without bids which I thought was a reasonable price, "as long as I wasn't outbid" Placed my bid and sat back and waited. Luckily for me, no one else wanted to pay more than the one pound odd I bid, which was the minimum reserve "doesn't say much for poor old Lionel" and I won the CD.
Three pounds twenty five including postage, a damn good price if you ask me. If I wanted to sell it, I could probably get more for it than that on a good day with Ebay.
Oh yes, as for the animated still shots on CD, well there was hardly a dry eye in the house!

Great bit of kit, saving me the price of a new bag!
When I had my Triumph Tiger, I would attach my Givi ST602 tank bag to the tank with the usual Givi tank adaptor.
When I sold the Tiger and bought my Speed Twin 1200 I thought the bag would be redundant, as the tank has the off-set flip (Monza) type petrol cap making my tank bag useless.
Then I found this solution where I can attach my tank bag to the back of my seat allowing me to take a few things along for a longer ride, saving me having to use a backpack, as there is room for nothing under the Speed Twin's seat!
The quality is good, providing a secure mounting and the size is perfect for my seat, meaning the tank bag now fits perfectly within the confines of my seat while still letting me take advantage of Givi's quick release mechanism. Mine came branded as Kappa, but is exactly the same as the Givi, just different branding and you cannot see the branding with the bag fitted anyway.
It's very quick and easy to install, doesn't leave any lasting marks on the seat, so perfect just to fit and remove for those longer trips where a bottle of water, sunglasses, camera and earplugs come in handy.
