  I have to pay £7 for my item to be delivered as there was no pre paid label on my parcel. The seller only forwarded me to Royal Mail to try and claim it back. I appreciate the seller may have paid postage but the parcel did not have and on and so I was charged. I purchased the item from the seller not royal ma so the seller should sort out the problem but they didn’t. Ordered on the 26/5/25.dispatched on 4/6/26 so a full week to dispatch it. Not good enough.
