  When I initially purchased this item, I assumed the pedals in the picture were included, which is on me. But I made the purchase on a Wednesday, seller said he would ship on Friday. On Thursday morning I realized pedals were not included and I asked to cancel my order. Seller then shipped the package as quickly as he could instead of cancelling the order. Seller refused a return, even with my offer to take a refund minus the shipping. Luckily Ebay forced the return. Should have cancelled.
