Something Different
I loved this offering because it's something a little different than merely a vintage poster or lobby card. I have rarely seen this type of collectible offered. It is something sent by the promotion company to the theaters so they could order what they wanted for display in their lobby, like the aforementioned lobby cards or posters. It's vintage, authentic from 1951 and the great thing about it is, not many people are going to have one. It reads like a press kit inside once open with pictures and description of the movie plot to the theater owners. I think it's a very unique item to own and display.

A Great Little Movie
This movie underwhelmed at the box office, I know. It was the unofficial 'remake/Americanized version' of the French film smash "Le Fem Nikita". It was more popular in the U.S. byway of the long running cable TV show. This film was before a the show and Bridget Fonda played the role well. Gabriel Byrne was outstanding as he always is and it was undervalued entertainment, I think. It was very entertaining and had better characterization than most of today's action films.
The Bluray picture is better than any version has been though the movie was filmed in the popular washed-out color scheme. The extras were disappointing, since there were none except a trailer. Overall it's a little known movie that was fun and engaging.

This price guide is a accurate projection on the value of vintage comic books. I know for a fact most comic specialty shops that buy comics use Overstreet's guide as the basis for their estimate so it is the one to use if you need to sell collectible comic books.
