Sounds trite...but this book will change your life.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich This book is my Bible. I've been studying raw whole foods diets for many years, and although I am a lay person, I know how I feel ...and LOOK ... when I eat this way. This book does an excellent job of presenting well-researched, even academic, material in a highly readable, easy-to-grasp manner...complete with lots of graphs and charts that, for visual learners like me, demonstrate the text in a flash. The film, Forks Over Knives, was my first introduction to the concepts covered in The China Study, and watching it made me hungry for more info. Dr. Campbell is a fearless pioneer in his field, one to be admired and respected.
