Beautiful, thoughtful and incisive...
Finding this recording and at such a low price has been wonderful for a child of the 60s living in the troubled 20s. I might as well be like the bee on a cowslip imbibing nectar.

All's Well That Ends Well
Excellent- very well acted, especially the King and Helen.
Lighting was too dark.
The performance stayed true to the text that is a verbatim rendition and the lines cut did not interfere with the meaning .
If I were teaching this text I would be happy to use this 1981 interpretation. It compares well with the 2013 RSC version which renders Bertram overly immature and eventually able to recognize his desire for Helen.
