  I didn't notice the shoes are broken until I zoomed in the listing pictures. I contacted the seller immediately when he/she accepted my offer. But the seller claimed the shoes are not broken, denied my request of cancellation, but never shipped the item or responded to my message. I have to wait from September 6th to October 5th, a whole month, to get a refund.
