Very comfortable and unintrusive
I used the mouldable silicone plugs for years until a piece became dislodged deep in the ear canal. I didn't want to use those again and tried various other types of plugs due to being a very light sleeper and found them uncomfortable for long term wear. I'm glad I found these, I barely notice them when fitted correctly, they cancel out nearly all sound and do not induce the dreaded inner ear pulse. Very good value and will be using them for many years.

Easy to install and the bigger throttle pedal is a great improvement over the narrow factory pedal in the ej9/ek4 civic.
