Would not hold the cams....
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have a Jeep Liberty CRD with a dual overhead cam engine. The spokes of the sprockets were too deeply recessed for the pins of the clamp to catch. In order to replace the water pump which is behind the rear gear cover, the sprockets have to be removed and then remounted after. Its a friction fit so the bolts have to be tightened to 80 ft lbs. There was no way at all that this clamp was going to hold the cams for re-tightening. I ended up using a 2x4 board with long bolts to reach into the holes of the sprockets to hold them. The clamp was a total waste of time and money.
