Terrible quality
All the grips either bent or the spring didn't hold well enough for the use after less than 6 months of use

Faulty product, no quality checks
Product came with frayed wires poking out the top of the left ear bud, as shown in picture

Item doesn't work
Plunged in the USB device for the pad to sync up, put fully charged batteries in and turned it on, no on light or response on screen
