Lock fine but would be better with steel keys
I fitted these locks to two foot peddle clamps that I made for a Ford Transit work van and a Ford Transit motor home. I needed extra keys so I had steel keys cut which are in constant use and the flimsier brass keys that came with the locks are kept for backup.

Basic errors but an easy workaround
The blind holes for the fixing screws in the front part are larger than the original. You will need 6 bigger diameter self tapping screws to assemble it and need to enlarge the corresponding holes in the rear part for the screws to pass through. Apart from that the quality of the moulding is fine and dimensionally accurate.

Newer trailers are 19mm, lock is 3/4"
I specifically bought a Bradley lock for a Bradley coupling. It did not fit! I had to ream out the coupling to 3/4" diameter to get the lock to slide smoothly in and out if the hole. After a couple of days I noticed some rust discolouration on the lock barrel presumably from the bear metal left in the coupling after reaming. Long term I suspect the this will cause the lock to bind and give me further problems.
