  I ordered this motor controller ,and the seller sent me messages asking for the correct shipping address , while finding this strange I still provided him with the correct address twice. I felt this was very strange as he had the correct address never had any issues on eBay with shipping addresses! Had another message again with addresses issues. I then report it to eBay .I ended up getting a partial refund. I was still charged $16.52 and can't get it back. I'm very upset I'm out any money.

  Just so you know Canada was not taking packages from the US AT the time when I was trying to ship it to you. The post office would not take it. And Freind you should not lie I gave a full refund on your order .
