This Radar dual level trigger, detector, works with any alarm, but VERY well suited to Avital and Viper Systems :)
I bought a Avital security system for my Work Van. Avital is made by Directed Electronics (now called just Directed)
Directed is the same company that makes Viper Security Systems (very reliable manufacturer) and their sister Company Avital.
This unity plugs right into most Viper or Avital Security systems, but can be added to any alarm system by a decent handy man or pro installer.
Buying "Directed" components is a natural when you have Viper or Avital on board!!! :)
I'm using this one in the Van's Cargo area incase anyone tries to enter through the roof (RV Style Air Conditioner Area) , or manages to by-pass the Driver's cab area components.
TIP always put an additional siren IN thee vehicle a a sound deterrent,
