Once you have it you can't live without it.
Our other garage door opener is newer and came with this control panel. The features are great. We were not aware that you can use this control panel on older (July 2007) Chamberlain garage door openers until we had a garage door repairman out. Now we know what's going on with both doors. This is a must for all home garage doors. There are different control panels for different equipment, contact Chamberlain (Liftmaster) for the control panel you will need. This works through my Chamberlain Internet Gateway connected to my router.

Just one problem
If you use snap off prop guards, the ends do not fit down into the case.
the prop guard disconnect make the arms too long therefore the top is harder to close, but that is my issue not the cases. if you do not use prop guards then it would be just fine.
