Gave my Note new life

Although I've had it for almost 3 years, I've grown quite fond of my Note 3. It may not have all the latest features, but it still is a formidable device in its own right. So you could imagine my disappointment when I started to have issues... device would shut down unexpectedly, the battery would drain quickly, sometimes it wouldn't turn on. I thought it was done. I wasn't as excited about its replacements (or other options on the market) as I was when this device first came out. Turns out that the power button was damaged from all the times that I've dropped the phone, and this one part, which was an easy swap, has just extended its lifespan. I highly recommend this to anyone who's in a similar situation.

Not as nice as originals

I was excited to get a replacement for my worn out Monster DNA earpads, so I ordered these as they seemed like a great deal. I'm disappointed with the finish, they're not a perfect match. The color is a bit off, but that's not a huge deal. As anyone who buys headphones know, there are 3 things to consider – sound, comfort and style, and being that these make a huge part of your listening experience, they fail on the last two. The finish is not as 'soft' as the originals they're replace, and more disappointing is the ugly wrinkled look on the edges... it detracts from the DNA's edgy futurastic look, I feel like putting my worn out originals back on. I've included some pictures showing the difference.
