Pejacevicz is worth discovering!
Pejacevic is a brilliant composer, yet in a lifetime of concertgoing I have never
heard any of her works performed in the U.S. A number of good quality CDs
are now making her oeuvre available to home audiences (she was Croatian) The piano
trio on this album is delightful--a real discovery.

Superb biography of US's most influential First Lady
This is the 2nd volume of a 3-volume biography of Eleanor Roosevelt,
one of the most influential Americans of the Twentieth Century. It is
quite well written and engaging, exploring in detail ER's personal
relationship and her outsized influence on FDRs policies.
HIghly recommended.

A Great Mystery Novel Set in Palestine
Rees is a master story teller about Palestine, with a reporter's knowledge of Israeli-Palestinian
customs, conflicts, and cooperation. Highly recommend this mystery series (this is Book #3)..
very engaging but also informative.
