  Great communication with this lady, we were worried about the vase breaking, she packed it very well and it arrived as described. A beautiful item very good value. Also the postage was combined, a great easy transaction. I would recommend her and will be using again. Great seller! thank you.

  Unfortunately evri delivered the parcel to the hedge outside our house where it promptly went missing ( I'm going to have all future evri parcels delivered to the Post Office as this hedge/bin delivery method isn't good enough ) Refunded "as a courtesy" by eBay customer service??? Seller was excellent in every way and kept me informed about dispatch and I'm hoping that the costs can be reclaimed from evri.
