Winger - Pull (Overlooked Solid Effort from the 80's)
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Solid, often overlooked outing by the Winger boys! Great sound, great musicianship, and solid songwriting. While not as initially catchy as their previous work, this effort was basically washed away, along with most rock bands of the time, as grunge hit the music scene. Bands like Pearl Jam and Soundgarden overtook many a good band, at the time.

In 1989, Petra did something no other rock band had done before-record a praise & worship album, Petra Praise: The Rock Cries Out and Petra Praise 2- We Need Jesus. Now the Praise Collection combines these two memorable albums. It includes some of the best-known worship songs, by one of the most successful Christian bands. A worthy addition to every Petra fan's collection. Recommended!

Great live band, but their records don't translate as well.
Saw the band in concert, in the late 90's, and they were great! Still love them, but their records don't translate their great vibe, like their shows. Drown is a favorite! Check it out if you've never heard them! When the album came out, it was "fresh" and "raw", but the production values used haven't stood the test of time.
