Works great (after a bit of surprise with the water pump)
Bad news first: (one star is gone because I almost have to send the machine back.) At first, the water pump was not working. (I made a video of that.) Perhaps something was blocking the tube or the pump becasue there was no water coming out from the upper tank. After a few days of trying, rinsing the machine through the water outlet and keep trying to start the cleaning mode (and turning on/off again and again), superisingly, it works again. However, there is some black power coming out from the water tube. Perhaps they are dirts from the production and they stick on the the tube. Better clean the machine for a few more times before you use it. Good news: The machine produce ice cubes in just a few minutes. Not so noisy when the compressor is running. Things to be improved: 1. Would be great to have some spare parts on stock for us to buy 2. Alarms for "ice full" and "add water" are too long, 2 or 3 beeps should be enough instead of 5 and 8.

It is ANTARCTIC air, not Arctic Air
Don't let the title of the product tricks you! It is named Arctic air in the title, but it is called Antarctic air, which is displayed once only in one of the pictures. If you are expecting an LCD display on the control panel, telling you the temperature of the air, forget it! The model they will send you is the KLW-018A2, which has a very cheap control panel. And that is just three LED light to shows the fan speed. The fan speed did change, but only a little bit! The air did drop a bit after putting lots of ice and cold water, but still not good.
