At first when I turned the phone on, it said that I don't have a Verizon sim card, but you must go into the "settings", "about phone", then "update carrier configuration "... Carrier issue solved and the phone is in immaculate condition. I was using a Moto G 2024 and I'd definitely recommend a 2022 edge for better battery and CPU. Thanks
