Deflating issues
The bed is smart and comfortable, however, the problem is deflating it. I used an electric pump to inflate, fine. But the same pump has a reverse facility. It just didn't work. The bed has a valve inside to prevent deflation in use, but it prevents deflation when you want to take it down. I could only deflate it manually by inserting a tool to hold back the valve but to do that while pressing the air out on my own required a contortionist. It took a very long time.
I contacted the company to ask if mine was just faulty and to see if this was a common problem. They responded by asking me to give them time to give me and answer and it was a new situation, but a month later I still not heard from them. I am reluctant to use the product again.
