Doesn't hold a roll of paper towels
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The plastic used for this product doesn't feel sturdy. It doesn't properly hold a roll of paper towels when mounted vertically, so it doesn't work at all for my needs.

Perfect for home use
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This product worked great out of the box, though it one point during my first use, the end of the file popped off where it connects to the cord, and I had a little difficulty getting it going again. After some googling, I realized it was a matter of attaching it back together properly. Simple fix once I found information on it and it’s been working perfectly since. I would think that professionals would want something heavier duty suited for commercial use, but for my use at home, this product is ideal.
