I am sorry to say this, but I have chronic constipation and have had it most of my life (now 75). Also, for the last 10 plus years have battled ITP (losing platelets) and autoimmune hemolytic anemia and as you can guess, with all of this I have pretty much felt very down and tired. Since starting these, and I am deadly serious, I have never felt better in a lottttt of years! I also never ever feel bloated or have gas, nothing like that anymore….just try them, you will love them too!!
