Time will tell not gel
I haven’t really had the chance to try it, I just received it. I can say though I thought it was a gel supplement and I was extremely disappointed that it was not. That is one of the reason why I ordered it. I hate hard supplements and vitamins. I read about it and I didn’t see if it was not so took a chance. It took a long time to ship to Canada and expensive with dollar exchange. Like s month. Also when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me custom which I already paid. It took awhile for them to release it to me. After all I hope it is good after everything!!!!
