  Items as described,good price,good communication and prompt dispatch however packaging was poor and had gotten snagged in transit so required a mail bag etc

  I've sent you a message asking you about the issue with the packaging as I'm not entirely sure what you mean when you say the packaging was poor and required a mail bag. I sent the items in a mail bag as I use them to send all of my clothing items, and I've never received any criticism about that before, so this is genuinely puzzling to me. But I thank you for your purchase and your positive feedback nonetheless.
