Good Low-sugar Bar
No protein bar I've found tastes quite as good as, say, a Hershey Bar with Almonds. But here is a little bar with only healthy ingredients (no cane or beet sugar, no casein), prebiotics (important if you want your probiotic organisms to live), and sweetened with monk fruit (no calories and won't spike blood sugar). The whey in it comes from grass-fed cows and is growth hormone free. The bar contains only one gram of sugar (probably from the whey, I would guess). And almost all the ingredients are organic. For someone who can't have candy, BHU Fit bars are a treat, and this Vanilla Almond Cashew bar is one of the best.

Digestive enzymes aid more than digestion
