Does what it should, after a minor repair.
After connecting an 18650 to charge up and seeing that the green light was on indicating "no battery" despite there being one plugged in, I discovered that the resistor between the BAT+ and BAT- solder points was not properly seated and was lifting slightly causing a broken circuit. Upon pressing a small amount of solder on the sides of the resistor it began working fine. I'd recommend this product but only because of how cheap it is and the fact it is in the US. Beware similar hardware imperfections.

Good case
Fits my Xiaomi Redmi 4X snugly. Also allows the buttons to retain their tactile click. Pretty thin and the back allows foam adhesive to stick to it making the possibility of pop-tops or elastic straps easy to apply.

Solved my problem.
Fit perfectly in the transmission of my manual Mk3 2.0 liter Jetta. My previous cap fell off while driving down the road somehow and this took it's place perfectly. Highly recommended.
