Baltimore and Ohio Railroad WV
This is a wonderful picture book. There is a great collection of Railroad trains and railyard photos with many interesting facts. It also has great sections on just Depots and Accident. Many photos feature people and tell a little of the Human side of the Rail industry as well as the train side. I was surprised to learn, upon receipt of the book, that many of the photos were larger towns. I had hoped that it would cover most of the railyards in West Virginia not just a few.
I purchased the book hoping to learn more about the Rail Road here where I live. Although the book is mostly larger towns, it is a wonderful addition to any collector or lover of Railroad, Train or Depot merchandise.

Grandma's Best Full Size Quilt Blocks
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich This is a wonderful book, however it is much a duplicate of the earlier release in the pattern department. This was the only drawback to the book. The blocks are all in a spiral bound format that allows for easy coping and working. I liked the book because it shows the block completed in color, a diagram of how to piece the block in an easy manner and a group of blocks assembled together to give a glimpse of what a quilt might look like. There are also helpful tips to go along with each block and in some areas a glimpse of how various blocks can be used together.
