A murder mystery that is so much more.
Louise Penny produces a mystery is much more than just a solution to a murder. Gamache must investigate loyalties to himself and to and others. The relationships twist and turn with surprises to the reader as to who is a supporter of Gamache and who is a traitor.

I didn't have to call all over town to see if a copy was available. I ordered on my school computer, and it was delivered to my home before I needed to show it at the end of the unit. Louise Penny never fails to capture the reader with all the plot twists and surprises in her novel. Even though you know Inspector Gamache is going to solve the crime, you can't stop reading till you reach the conclusion! You will come to know the assorted characters as if they are your best weird friends!f
