Just installed, no issues with the product and arrived as pictured with the Motorola label. Passed the hardware test after install, hoping this offered a longer life than the original.

works as advertised
Besides being advertised as a refurb and the box having a refurbished label on it, this looks like a new unit. Had a slight problem connecting it to wifi which required removing the battery, but connected fine after going through the setup cycle again.

Brand New, black lipped spool, a heavier and stronger reel meant for big fish for those trips when breaking is not an option. No problems with customs at the time of purchase.
